Requirements
Required:
- Strong with SQL, data modeling, analytics, and modern data tooling
- Comfortable taking an ambiguous problem and figuring out what to do next
- Curious about users and how the product works
- Ability to work well across product, engineering, growth, marketing, and leadership
Nice to have:
- Experience with GCP and its tools
- Familiarity with data architecture and foundations
- Understanding of product and company metrics
Responsibilities
- Work with product and engineering to identify opportunities, define metrics, run experiments, and influence the roadmap
- Turn messy questions into analysis, insights, and actions that improve product and company metrics
- Collaborate with the Head of Data on our data architecture, foundations, and long-term vision
- Evolve our data models, pipelines, instrumentation, and tooling as our needs change
