Requirements
Required:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company, including at least 3 years owning web products, with hands-on experience on B2B web products
- Highly analytical: you make data-driven decisions, are comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Technically fluent: you can discuss APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineers; comfortable in a complex technical domain
- Proactive and resourceful: you thrive in environments where things aren't fully defined
Nice to have:
- Advanced AI fluency, ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code
- Telco, travel, or marketplace experience
- Passion for travel
Responsibilities
- Own Roamless's web products end-to-end (B2C and B2B), working with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship products that users love
- Talk directly with customers and run user interviews to uncover problems and opportunities
- Define and track success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to ensure improvements translate into real business impact
- Collaborate closely with and energize a team of senior engineers, aligning them around a shared roadmap and vision
