Requirements
Required:
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in building integrations: REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, iPaaS
- Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant roles (SaaS preferred) who worked in commercial/marketing applications: CRM, marketing automation
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles: confident presenting, pitching, and negotiating with enterprise stakeholders
- Understanding of pharma compliance aspects: data privacy, consent, audit requirements, and compliance with field force usage is a plus
Nice to have:
- Customer focused and solution-oriented, the ability to articulate technical concepts and their value in business outcomes
- Ability to translate enterprise requirements and compliance constraints into scalable technical integration design and product improvements
- Experience running workshops to uncover business drivers, technical requirements, and integration challenges
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to position Onomi’s capabilities, validate technical feasibility with customers, deliver technical presentations, and support RFP responses
- Produce detailed solution architecture documents, covering data flows, integration methods - APIs 2.0, SSO, internal connectors and deliver iPaaS custom integrations setup
- Act as escalation point for complex integration issues, working with engineering to resolve within SLA
- Collaborate with internal teams building Product integration features to completion
