Requirements
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient in SQL and spreadsheets
- Experience analyzing Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) data from platforms such as Singular, AppsFlyer, or Adjust
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with identity verification and step-up flows, such as one-time passcodes and KYC
- Hands-on experience with Verisoul, including its multi-accounting, device, and network signals
- Experience with Customer Service Platforms like Zendesk
Responsibilities
- Review fraud data across the rewarded apps every day to monitor user behavior
- Investigate accounts and decide whether each is fraudulent, using various data
- Analyze MMP and partner network data to identify invalid traffic and recommend actions
- Build dashboards, queries, and reports in our analytics and BI tools that quantify the financial impact of fraud
