Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environment
- Demonstrated success recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including senior leadership and executive-level positions
- Strong experience recruiting technical talent, including Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other technical and product-focused roles
- Hands-on experience administering Greenhouse as a primary Applicant Tracking System, including workflows, interview plans, scorecards, reporting, and recruiting operations
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting across U.S. and international markets for remote, globally distributed teams
- An AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness, including sourcing, research, outreach, candidate engagement, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and company leadership by translating business needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies
- Lead intake meetings and build clear, structured hiring processes, including job descriptions, interview plans, scorecards, and candidate evaluation criteria
- Track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and use data to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness
