About the position
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical), you will be the architect of our engineering capability, serving as the primary ambassador to the technical community. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to execute a modern, data-driven hiring strategy.

Requirements
Required:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles
- Technical fluency in technologies like Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform
- Data-centric approach using analytics to track pipeline health
- High EQ & active listening skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ashby ATS
- Experience recruiting for open-source technology or developer tools
- Background in hiring for distributed/remote-first teams
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally
- Proactively source and engage passive talent from the open-source and Kubernetes communities
- Champion our structured interview process to reduce bias
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
