Requirements
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in global or regional marketing, with 3+ years in a managerial and/or leadership role
- Deep experience in consumer brands, with a strong instinct for brand-building that goes beyond aesthetics
- Highly fluent in data and research, using insight not just to optimize, but to understand people and shape strategy
- Culturally aware and deeply curious, with a genuine interest in subcultures, relationships, and the nuances of how people connect
Nice to have:
- Experienced in market expansion, with a thoughtful approach to entering and scaling new regions
- A strong cross-functional collaborator, able to work fluidly with Brand, Creative, Product, and Data teams
- Strategic but not removed, comfortable moving between vision and execution
Responsibilities
- Define and lead our global localization strategy, setting a clear point of view on where and how Feeld shows up across markets
- Partner deeply with Data and Research to identify opportunities, set market-level targets, and uncover cultural and behavioral nuances
- Develop and steer local marketing plans that feel native to each market—grounded in insight, not replication
- Drive expansion into new and emerging markets, building thoughtful entry strategies that prioritize learning and community fit
