Requirements
Required:
- Experience in sales, business development, media sales, advertising sales, sponsorships, partnerships, or newsletter monetization
- Strong outbound prospecting ability and comfort building a pipeline from scratch
- A genuinely AI-native working style, not just surface-level familiarity with AI tools
- Daily Claude users strongly preferred
Nice to have:
- Experience using Claude or similar tools to support real sales work, not just general writing
- Clear ability to use AI to improve research, workflow speed, personalization, top-of-funnel output, and sales execution
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to operate independently
Responsibilities
- Own outbound sponsorship sales efforts across Mode Mobile Media’s newsletter brands
- Build a pipeline by identifying relevant advertisers, agencies, and sponsorship partners
- Generate top-of-funnel activity through research, prospecting, and outbound execution
- Help build a more scalable, AI-enabled outbound engine for newsletter sponsorship revenue
