Requirements
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a growth/marketing role, especially if at a similar-stage B2B startup (series A/B)
- Track record of identifying and executing strategies to drive leads from marketing initiatives
- Exceptional technical writing skills
- Comfortable with the cloud-native/Kubernetes ecosystem or eager to learn fast

- Ability to transform a customer’s success story into compelling content
- Pipeline of wild ideas to test monthly
- Obsession over metrics—SEO rankings, paid ad performance, website traffic, conversion rates
Responsibilities
- Own and drive our marketing North Star metric
- Manage SEO strategy including keyword research and backlinking campaigns
- Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Search Ads and LinkedIn
- Build a meaningful presence on developer hubs like Reddit and StackOverflow
